My friend who been living with me for 3months now have a problem.I dont ever see her taking shower.Her hair look so oily and yucky.So finally i told her today that she must take shower everyday and wash her hair every other day.She is saying she have some kinda ear problem where she cant wash her hair every other day(IS IT POSSIBLE?) but i personally think she is just very lazy.She doesnt clean around the house but she is very good at heart so thats why i am letting her stay with me.

It sounds like she could be lazy alright. What country is she from? Here in Eastern Eur, some people don't take baths/wash their hair if they're sick (I can see an ear infection being one of those reasons) because they really think getting their head wet like that will make it worse... If you think she's nice enough and don't mind doing all the housework then you've got a roommate. But it would drive me crazy and I'd be looking for a new one.
