no sugar only helps to make you hyper if you are all ready awake. i tried that once and all i got was a big stomach ache.

I've been told an apple does better at waking you up than caffeine - plus all that sugar will just give you a belly ache

Just get a 2 liter jug of high sugar juice and start drinking- the combination of sugar and having to run to the loo every 15 min will surely do it...

No it really isn't that type of stimulant. It will give you the ability to expend more energy...but it won't wake you up like caffeine would.

well as soon as your body burn the sugar, you will go back to being fatigue.the best thing eat a banana or oat meal,because your body will burn it slow.y

if you dont like coffee then try tea or redbull the caffiene will work better than suger. although the sugar should get you moving
