It goes to a tie breaker like wild card spots i do believe head to head then points for and against

It will be the Lions if they both finish 2-14. The tie breaker as mentioned above is strength of schedule and regardless of how the last 2 weeks play out Detroit will own the 1st pick if they both lose their last 2 games. Poor Brady Quinn....oh wait! maybe not, Calvin Johnson is coming out and we all know Moron (sorry, i meant Millen) loves drafting receivers.

They base it on strength of schedule, with the team with the weaker schedule getting the better pick. In that case, I believe Detroit would get the first pick (Raiders have had a much tougher schedule).

Well I hope Oakland gets it even though I'm a Lions fan.

Oakland's GM would utilize it better. Mille would probably go after Calvin Johnson, another WR.

It's based on strength of schedule. The weaker strength of schedule gets the top pick.
