It will be the Lions if they both finish 2-14. The tie breaker as mentioned above is strength of schedule and regardless of how the last 2 weeks play out Detroit will own the 1st pick if they both lose their last 2 games. Poor Brady Quinn....oh wait! maybe not, Calvin Johnson is coming out and we all know Moron (sorry, i meant Millen) loves drafting receivers.

They base it on strength of schedule, with the team with the weaker schedule getting the better pick. In that case, I believe Detroit would get the first pick (Raiders have had a much tougher schedule).

Well I hope Oakland gets it even though I'm a Lions fan.
Oakland's GM would utilize it better. Mille would probably go after Calvin Johnson, another WR.
