I LOVE THAT SONG!! if thats at alll what you are talking about!? when i was little i would play that song all the time and get so happy when it came on the radio my mother starting getting me a hippopotamus for every christmas ever since!! i would get anything from stationary with ahippo on it or even little stuffed animals of hippos etc... even til this day i get some sort of small hippo every year!!!!
but getting an actual hippopotamus, as in the real life like creature...DEF NOT SAFE!! unless you own a zoo!

heck no a hippopotamus is a very dangeraus animal. i will tell you a verry sad story well not like a story, but anyways one of my moms friend got kill by a hippopotamus, so i dink having a hippopotamus for christmas is a really bad idea.Just thinking about my moms friend makes me shiver.

HeHe, My friend sent to me for Christmas 2 Ebony made Hippopotamus all the way from Africa, it is for Good-luck.

Well you can take lessons and research things about a hippopotamus and see if you like it.

While they look very cute and cuddly, the hippo is definitely the king of the water. They are extremely temperamental and mean. They will attack humans without provocation. Even though they eat vegetation, they have very large teeth and because of their size, they can do major harm to humans and most other animals.

Mom says that hippo would eat me up, but then
Teacher says that hippo is a vegetarian
You could keep him in your two-car garage
You'll feed him there and wash him there and give him his massage.

Yeah, it should be fine, just keep it away from the cat. Try to get a female as they are more docile than the rambunctious males.
