What should i do when i like someone, but he's going out with another person?

Spend sometime together, show that you care but dont give lots of room and make sure feelings are the same. Become friends and then see what comes out of it.

You can't force someone to like you or love you. The best thing you can do is just keep giving him respect and from time to time don't forget to mention how important he is for you. Remember you have to be selfless all the way if you want to win him.
