probably because there was 1 at december to dimember and it was a disaster it was the worst elimination chamber and main event ive seen

The elimination chamber isn't exclusive to the New Year's Revolution PPV. It may have had the most appearances there(05,06), but it has also been at SummerSlam in '03, and Survivor Series in '02. They decided to have it at ECW December to Dismember this year, and it's rumored that SD will get their Elimination Chamber match at No Mercy or Armageddon in 2007.

It's NOT because they had one at December to Dismember. It's because they're having a steel cage match between Jeff Hardy and Johnny Nitro at New Years Revolution. Has there ever been a WWE PPV with two different cage-type matches? (IE: Cage + Elimination Chamber, HIAC + Elimination Chamber, HIAC + Cage) No, because the cages are held above the ring, and there's obviously no room for two seperate cages up there.

They not going to have an Elimantion Chamber match b cuz ECW had 1 @ Dicember to Dismember.Lashley won the ECW title that night.

because WWE only does one Elimination Chamber between Wrestlemanias every year and ECW had one for December to Dismember

They might turn it into a Diva's Elimination Chamber for the Women's Title. Victoria, Mickie James, Candice, and 3 divas from SD. Ashley, Layla, and Krystal. Victoria wins.
