Want to do a background check on someone who gave me their driver's license number.

Take it to an attorney and have him contact the driver's license office in your state.

In the first your not suppose to have someone Else's driver license number, against the law. You would 't get any background check without a Social Security Number and you'd pay a lot of money to some Internet Quack that would take your money and BYE, BYE.

You can do a background check on anyone. Driver's license number does not matter. Do a search for background checks. Not free though.

You can get their driver's information from the state's DMV (for a fee). You'll then have their address and probably SS#. From those, you could get almost any other information.
