(Laughing Out Loud and it's starting to scare people...)

Your question is so funny! I'm sorry but I had to laugh. I don't know that answer but (ha!) it's hilarious.

Sorry for laughing. "Is he afraid they will take his job?" Classic joke! Thank you, you've made my day. Smile! :)

It sells...and he makes money. Illegal Immigrants are an easy target. Sure we can't accept everyone; but do the politicians give a crap? I used to love Lou Dobbs but it's the same news everyday.
Every news show attempts to brainwash.

Immigrants aren't "bad" people-it's the politicians who let in everyone and anyone.
Basically Americans let off steam, then head to work the next day. Good slaves...we are.

Actually I'm amazed Lou Dobbs IS ALLOWED to express emotions per the War on the Middle Class. Most news shows avoid that type of talk. We are turning into good Communist Nazi Citizens, afraid of our own shadows.

1/ The man has a new book to sell which talks about the war on the middle class....nothing hurts the middle class like tighter employment opportunities. Immigration is an easy scapegoat because it is one answer that resonates well with populist propaganada. The real story is.........emerginag mkts such as India & China, rising power of the EU (it has enacted all sorts of higher standrads/restrictions on U.S. products to squeezq U.S. companies out of the mkt), effects of the IT on most industries (the internet has reduced the barriers of entry into many industries. Now big companies have to compete with smaller shops that have lower overhead costs), global mobility of workers, failing public educations systems etc.....

2/ He is a protectionist even though he often denies it. He would rather domestic industries receive preferntial treatment from the govt. so that they can compete. He forgets that most businesses now have a lrger footprint that encompasses domestic & international mkts. The U.S. is after all a market of only 300 million with only 50% having any disposable income...meanwhile, there is Eurpoe, Asia, Oceania etc.

3/ Immigration is a great populist hot button topic....nothing gets people going than pointing out that their plight would be better improved were it not for the foreigners in their midst........everyone likes to cite the law as the reason for their gripe but honestly, did we suddenly become these law abiding people....in 2004 $42 million citizens under report or failed to pay their taxes...that's the dirty little secret.

The truth is more completed and it takes too long to explain it to a society that does not care nor has the time for complex analysis.

whilst did Lou Dobbs substitute right into a Republican? He has been properly often happening as an unaffiliated voter. Lou, like many human beings, is worried that unlawful immigrants are taking American jobs. Lou has no concern with criminal immigrants.

I think Lou Dobbs hates people who are breaking the law.

Like most conservative pundits, Lou Dobbs finds immigrants an easy scapegoat for all of our nation's economic woes. "Oh, if only we got rid of all of the illegal immigrants using our services without paying for them, our economy would be in great shape." It's politically much safer to beat up on illegal immigrants (who have no rights in the U.S.) than to question why the Pentagon needs $99.7 billion more dollars for the war in Iraq as announced earlier this week.

Oh my goodness, no he doesn't dislike anyone. Lou just points out problems that stem for certain laws put into affect by the government.

He's just trying to gather public support.
If he's not a total moron he realizes we can't live without them.
