And which Verion (e.g. Home Basic, Premium, Buisness) suits for Gaming and Multimedia purposes?

I wouldn't. I've never used it. From what I've read, it has lots of eye candy to make it look cool but functionally it's a piece of junk like the previous versions of Windows. Keeping in tradition, it's a resource hog that should only be put on a supercomputer or it will crash.
