Secondly, many turtles appear to have clear coverings over their eyes because of the way the eye is built. They have eyelids, but they also have a third eyelid- the 'nicotating membrane'. This protects the eye underwater.

He is blind or about to molt. I suggest taking him somewhere to get that checked out- could be a disease.

he is wild and it is cruel to take something from its natural habitat and confide them to a small box. sometimes, its best to just let nature take its course. let the turtle go as close to where you found it as possible.

thats usually because there blind in that eye!!! but you should get it checked out!!!!!
