i studied at 2 colleges in Asia and messed up because i was too disillusioned with the people and classes here. i've been trying to transfer to several universities in the States to get my life back on track, but it seems none are interested in giving me another chance. i'm already 22 and it's depressing to wake up and realize i'm stuck on pause.

Since you messed up in your previous college tries, simply don't mention them when you apply to another school. You cannot transfer bad grades into your new school anyway, so leave the info out. If you don't have a high enough score on your SAT's then apply to the local community college, finish a year, get good grades while you are there, and once you proved that you can handle college, other - bigger schools will allow you to transfer in. Good luck.

Try going to a Community College in the US for a couple years, then transfer to a University.

You can always go to a community college for a year or two - they're more likely to accept your transfer credits, and they are more likely to take you.

Start small- all community colleges are open-enrollment and will accept you. Do your first and/or second year(s) there, and then transfer when you've earned a name for yourself.
