Well it's good you set some ground rules... better to have them known than have to stop in the middle of everything lol So good job on that!
Just let everything flow. Sex with more than one person is just like sex with one person just with more parts to play with.
If you're worried about how to be with the girl, don't sweat it! If you know how to please yourself, you'll know how to please her too, same equipment! Just like with every person there are certain personal preferences that you'll just pick up on.
If this is your first time with group sex it's good that you have an even playing field, just get the girl first before the guys get the chance to lol.
Also don't forget to tell them to change the condoms before they "hole hop".

Well no anal kind of puts a dull on things but, you could do it doggie while blowing and if you have a second female, she could lick you while your being done from the back (vaginally) and you could eat her and blow at the same time. Everything else... use your imagination.

Sex with friends in my experience is bad on 2 levels:
1) Usually lousy sex

Work out the details beforehand so that everybody knows what is allowed to be done to each other person and what is not allowed. Anything that's not consensual is well, rape.
