I think they are names that your sister chose with care and love.
Why should you question them?
As far as people saying she should stop having babies-- geez--- who asked you?
Over population is definitely a problem... especially when people have kids they cannot feed or care for. But who is to say one of your sister's kids might not be someone who greatly benefits the world?
Why do so many people think they have the right to pass judgments on others?

Monetta? Wow, was she tired at that point? The boys have pretty standard names (except for 'Lemuel' where did that come from?) The poor girls sound like they should be in a senior citizen's home instead of an elementary school. Poor things, I hope they are pretty and/or smart, cuz it's gonna be hard to move pass those first names!

For the most part, those are very common names and won't matter much. The others may end up getting teased often for their names. Other than that, the variety is good in that they will not sound too similar.

Very good names. (Maybe a minor quibble with Mildred). I, personally, think it's kind of cruel to give kids weird names or strange spellings of normal names that they'll have to spend the rest of their lives having to spell to people over the phone, or when people are filling out forms for them.

Very traditional. A bit overly so for some of them, but not bad. I'd prefer Milicent to Mildred, personally. ^^;
