Your mean in your additional detail answer. People here really want to help, but if you do not give enough details you are probably going to get ridiculed by avatar's that just pass through. K I am going to try to answer as best as I can. Did you get up from where you were sitting to fast? Are you overweight? There are a gazillion responses including my friend that ate meals at the same time everyday for years. If a meal was skipped lightheadedness was experienced. Your best bet is to see a DR. If this is reoccurring I am sure tests can be run. If not keep a journal of when this occurs to better assist Dr's when it happens again. Take care, AND try to have a Merry Christmas and the season of joy to come.

You make answering this question rather hard, as you don't mention your age or any 'possible' health problems you might have.
But I suspect your problem is due to fluid buildup in the 'inner ear'.
which can make you 'very' dizzy.
If you get dizzy when you lay down, turn or bend over' then I think this is most likely the case.
It often happens when someone has had a head cold, or is prone
to sinus and allergy problems.
If this doesn't seem to be the case with you, then I suggest you
see your doctor as it might be your blood pressure., high or low
is not good and can be life threatening..

sounds like orthostatic hypotension (low blood pressure upon abrubpt standing). did you get dizzy when you stood up suddenly? try standing a little slower also, the cause of this may be dehydration. try replenishing your water and see if it helps. if rehydration isn't the cause, you may want to see your doc because you could be anemic. you can take an iron supplement for this, but some types of anima cannot be treated with just iron supplements.

could be a million reasons. Smoke dope? Have a cold? Have the flu? High blood pressure? Been laying around doing nothing? Sitting at the computer playing WarCrack? If it lasts a few days, call the doctor.

I get dizzy sometimes, too. It might of been because you got up out of your chair or seat too fast. That's what happens to me sometimes.
