What time of day should men exfoliate? I am looking to buy an exfoliator. Also, should it be done everyday?

What UK mens exfoilaiting products would any1 recommend?

do not exfoliate everyday, it's to hard on your skin. I do it every other day, because my skin looks patchy if I don't. some only need it once a week. I would start with every three days, if you experience irritation go longer, if your skin still looks bad do more. I'm not sure of any UK mens products, I use st Ives apricot exfoliate myself, but I'm a girl.

I do it at night.
