I already spent about 400 dollars on a Michelle watch for her... but we are having a little small present gift exchange... ive already got her so much jewelry... i need something creative! Thanks everyone!

a watch, a necklace, you can get a lot of good deals out there.
Thats a long time, have you thought about applying for a credit card and maybe buying that engagement ring?

A day at the spa, or even a coupon for a manicure($25) or pedicure($30) or both!
jewelry, it doesnt have to be diamonds, but fun fashionable stuff($20) you can usually find a cute set of earrings with a necklace
or perfume, such as burberry 'red' or something($50)
