everyone gets that. its the mucus cleaning out of your eyes. for a while after you get up, it will be there. dont be embarrassed to look someone in the eye. that happens to them too.

you my have an over active tear gland, talk to your doc. I would keep some q tips and a compact with mirror in your purse. Through out the day check your eyes, (in a bathroom, the car, not while talking to someone) use the q tip to remove the offending gunk.

It's called sleep! You have to wash it off in the morning. Some people have a little some alot.

Well, the eye crusties come from dead skin collecting in a corner!All you can really do is wipe them out every morning!!

these are perfectly normal! just about everyone gets them, it's just discharge from the mucus in your eyes. please don't fret! when you get up in the morning, wash your face with warm water and soap, using a face cloth. look closely in a mirro so you can see the crusties. they come off!

I get them in the morning but not all day and I don't really know what to do except wash them of or don't worry about them.

everyone gets those.there called sleepers.just make sure u have them off in the morning and they shouldnt come back til next morning,where u wont reapeat the process.relax,good luck,and happy holidays!

That's normal. Your eyes are just naturally cleaning themselves out.
I would only worry if that DIDN'T happen.
If it's excessive, you should call a doctor.

I had them too. that means that you are getting allergies. I hope that they come off. It took me about a month or two. they are going to stay on for a while. It really sucks. I know.

IF your eye is pinkish/red and itchy, ikt could be pinkee (conjuctivitis). You might wnna check with your doctor. If you have it, it can be highly contagious and you need antibiotics.
