No. It is my least liked time of year. As a non christian and someone who does not believe in any sort of god or other superstitions I try to avoid any involvement with christmas. It is difficult to listen to the radio, watch television, drive car, and especially visit a store without having the season forced upon me. Only a few days left and things will return to normal.

Society has warped it from a religious festival into a demonstration of gluttony, greed, and commercialism. I help and give to others throughout the year and refuse to be dragged into the disgraceful excess of the season.

No, among Christian holidays, I prefer Easter. Yes, I know, Lent is not a particularly happy time of the year, like Christmas is supposed to be, but it is more meaningful to me because the events of Palm Sunday, Holy Week, and Easter are THE foundational events of the whole Christian religion. In that sense it could be said that Easter makes Christmas possible. As for secular holidays I prefer the Fourth of July.

Yes, because not only is it a big celebration in my relgigion it's also a time to give. Buying, and giving presents can make people happy and very thankful. I love Christmas, because it's the only "right", giving, and a definite holiday to enjoy.
