All white, or all red, or all blue....? Just wondering why people like them so much...I have multicolor bulbs at my house.

And then theres the people who dont know how to put them up...you know what i am talking about...1 string from bush to bush right to the house....nasty, learn how to put up lights people!

It's just a matter of taste. Some people like the all white...some like the low tone quiet blues...some the blood red red...some the beautiful multicolours, flashing or not...anything goes.
Every few years I change my taste...if I see something on sale that's new and I like after the holidays I buy it for next year.
When you've got a ton of snow lots of white looks nice...sometimes, depending on your landscaping and size of your home...just a little touch of colour is enough. So again it's just all a matter of taste.
Probably because multicolour was all that was available for many years, people are now anxious to move away from that to the white...it tends to look "richer" but it doesn't work for every home either.

All White lights look more sophicated and classy while multicolor lights look more festive.

Well Christmas did happen when it was snowing and snow is the best time of the year! (in my opinion)!
