Well, I can't say that Bush is the worst president ever...but I have a little story of my own:
Once upon a time there was a country called Iraq that had a lot of problems, one of them a not-so-nice dictator. The dictator had done some undoubtly terrible things, but the country was in relative peace. In a land far away, a president decided to help these poor ignorant souls by liberating the country. As a result more than 150,000 died and violence increases that number on a daily basis without any end in sight.
I'm not a democrat (in fact I detest them as much if not more as I detest republicans), just an american fed up with being lied to and creating suffering around the world. Bush may not be a war monger, but he certainly doesn't have a clue about life outside his isolated existance!

Lincoln was a Republican when it was the more liberal party. The parties have more or less switched positions since that time.
And Ronald Reagan was not slandered by Democrats years after his death - even though he did take, and deserve, some credit for what had already been made inevitable by the Democrats. So perhaps you are among the ranks of those you refer to as idiots.
And if those you call idiots say Bush is the worst president ever, all that would show is that even idiots can see the obvious - yourself being the exception, of course. Or the exceptional idiot.

Um since the civil war there was a reversal of the parties, it happened in the 20s and 30s. The democrats of today are not really in line with the Southerners of the 1860s. In fact the republican party of Abe Lincoln is pretty much gone.
The media is not liberal, it is owned by several wealthy businessmen and there is a monopoly on information outlets. Hardly liberal.
Reagan's policies were nothing new, he continued the same policy that had been continuing since the 1950s, but publicized it and took credit for it more. Some liberals have problems with Reagan because of the Iran-Contra Affair, our arbitrary involvement in Latin America and for his refusal to stand up to or acknowledge the AIDs crisis.
Nixon and Bush are probably tied for the worst ever though.
How is Bush not the one of the worst Presidents ever?

The libs also tried to impeach a wonderful President,
Ronald Reagan. Actually, they just don't want a Republican
in office, much less as the Head of Government. Bush has
been a great President, but then no one likes war so they
turned against him (with the help of the newsmedia). I dearly
hope we don't cave and lose the war only to have terrorists
invade the US of A. If a Democrat is in office when this
happens, God help us. They'd say it was caused by Bush
and then they'd give them money and kiss their butts.

Hmm.... Lincoln was a liberal. there was a major party switchover in the 20's... the Democrats became Republicans, the Republicans democrats. Lincoln, if he lived today, would have been a Democrat murdered by a republican. (I've read books on this stuff, don't try it)
Reagan did not stand up to our enemies. He pretended to. The man was an actor, remember? He made people believe that. But really? look up Iran-Contra and his relations with Iraq, it might do you some good.
Coming from you, the insults are a compliment. Try leaning your history right, will you? A history textbook is a wonderful thing.

Honestly, I have great respect for the person asking this question. Its great!
I believe Bush will be seen as a strong man, the first to stand up to the threat of radical islam and the first to really fight it. However, he may be seen as 'evil' and 'hilter-like' simply because the country will crumble and collapse to liberals who hate this country and its strongest leaders.
I hope and pray we can reign in these liberals and keep them from destroying the country, but often I feel it may be too late...

Blah blah blah...Abe Lincoln had his own agenda and that was to appease the rich, don't believe everything you read in those high school history books, and as for Ronald Reagan, he was nothing but evil...and I am not a Democrat.
George loser boy Bush will probably be deemed the greatest president ever since it's the rich that record history, so whatever they write is how it will be. Look at what happened to Julius Ceasar.
Why don't you read between the lines instead of believing everything you read as if it were the Bible?

Think about this, what was the most stinging criticism against Washington, Jackson, Lincoln, Wilson, or Polk. History doesn't record what people said about the man, it records his actions every time. They might give a general impression of what people might say but over all no one will care. Regan is considered one of the greats now by a lot of Republicans and a lot of Democrats quote him now, his polls were worse than Bush Jr's in a lot of cases but no one remembers that now.

History often judges presidents more rationally than current events, which are often tied to winning the next election.
Bush's legacy probably depends on what happens with the Islamic terrorists in the future.

I wasn't a huge fan of Reagan but I RESPECTED him as a President. I have no such respect for George Bush. He's done nothing to earn it. It's not just liberals that feel this way. Take a look around the WORLD right now.
