Just hang out with him!
I have a 4 year old boy that likes video games, cartoons, spiderman, drawing, writing, and making stuff. Just sit down with him and talk to him. Ask him questions about what he likes to do and you'll be fine.
He can go potty on his own (or should be able to), and you can ask him if he's hungry. Fix him something easy and quick.
Really, this is ok. You'll be fine!

Just play games. All kids like to play games. You just have to find something that he likes to do and ....do it. It could be cars, candyland, hide and seek, coloring, painting, play-dough,make necklaces out of noodles for his mommy, pictures with noodles.make Christmas cards for his parents, crafts are a great way to let him be creative and keep him busy at the same time. And if you are going to be watching him alot this is a great way to bond. Make sure to give a lot of praise for good behavior. be creative he will love to do anything that will allow him to get attention. All kids love attention.

I just took babysitting class. I got a 47 out of 50 on my test. Well, Children his age like to play on play grounds. If their having two much fun they might tug on their pants so ask him every other time if he needs to go potty. That age kids like drawing, Maybe try a scavenger hunt since most kids love them! Maybe some blocks for building. You should think of arts and crafts. Maybe you should give them either Hot dogs (cut up or regular), mac & Cheese, mashpataoes, and PB & J. For Snacks Fruit snacks, Soft Candy, Strawberrys, and Fruit and Veges. Things to drink are milk, water, chocolate milk, Juice, Strawberry milk, and Maybe even soda! For desert you could make some muffins, or soft cookies, or buy some ice cream. If they color on the walls or be bad like tear pages out of a book, suggest to read them a book or ask them to color in a coloring book. =D
