TheFutonCritic.com is my favorite site to keep track of when new episodes and reruns air. Go to http://www.thefutoncritic.com/listings.aspx?view=series, then click on the letter that starts the title of the show you want to learn about (when a title begins with "the" go to the 2nd word, like for THE OC, go to "o"), click on the show and voilà! You even have access to the network press descriptions of episodes :D

often tv show websits list the schedules for when individual episodes will air. Check out the website for the tv show.

Find out the network it originally aired on and if it was recent there may be info on the network site.
