My cousin had 5 children after having an ectopic pregnancy (it was aborted in the early stages before the tube was damaged)...
I have heard of many women having successful pregnancies after losing a tube to an ectopic pregnancy.... Or having a tube damaged and repaired...
There may need to be a few more tests early on to be sure the pregnancy implanted in the uterus not the tube (With the scar tissue etc there is a heightened chance of improper implantation) but it is quite possible to get pregnant and carry to term after an ectopic...

My sister had an ectopic. She then got pregnant again very easily. Unfortunately she had another ectopic so she was left with no tubes. But she went on to have a baby with IVF.
You are lucky that they saved your tube and there is no reason to think you can't have a successful pregnancy. You just need to get looked at as soon as you are pregnant.
Good luck.

I am 17 weeks tomorrow and I lost a tube due to an ectopic in 2004. If they say there is no problem with your tube and as long as you have at least one tube you should be able to get pregnant and carry without to much trouble if any trouble. Good luck.

Not me personally but I know 2 people that have.
If no damage you should be fine.
Just relax and let nature take its course.
My first child I fell pregnant within 2 weeks of deciding to try for a Baby. My second took nearly 2 years.
We are all different and these things happen when they happen.
Best Wishes.
