Woodpeckers are poking thru my Sto (cement) finish on my house...Help!?

I'm trying to sell my home and a woodpecker family keeps boring holes in the cement finish. I fill it and repaint it and back they come! I can't put owls or snakes up while the house is on the market. Help!
