He only your boyfriend. Your dating. That's want dating is to see if this is the person for you. Asking yourself can I spend the next 30+yrs with.And it sounds like your answer is no.For want ever reason you can't stand him for, hey you have that right to feel that. But at one time you liked him. So be nice about it. In tell him you don't feel were a match and you have to move on. Remember when braking off with some one it's not about his feelings it's whats right for you.

well if you can't stand to be around him, its not like you can work things out. you're gonna have to talk to him and tell you that you don't feel what you used to with him. you don't have to come right out and say that you can't stand him. lol.
let him down easy though because its not like he did anything to hurt you that you should be mean about.
suggest possibly being friends one day, but not until youre sure you won't get back together with him because youre feeling guilty.

Break up with him. There is nothing stopping you, it would be wrong to stay with you if you dont feel anything for him anymore. It would hurt him more if you stay with him.

do what makes you happy =P you dont want to suffer your whole life tring to make him happy when your not (dont life on grilled cheese and sadness! unless that makes you happy) i was in the situation before...i felt alot better after i broke up with him too! so do what you want if it makes you happy =D (sorry if i repeat )
