you don't know for sure at first without taking a test of some kind.... if she's missed her period, then she can take a home pregnancy test (cheap at walmart or the dollar store) with just a urine sample. if she's missed a couple of months and home pregnancy tests show up negative, she should go to her doctor and have a beta (blood test to check for pregnancy) done. that will tell you for sure. if she's concerened about it, she should go to the doctor anyway, and if she's not pregnant and has missed her period, then there may be something hormonally wrong anyway, and she should see her doctor about that anyway.

The first sign would be a missed period. The next signs would be feeling faint and maybe nauseous. Also a couple of months into it the breasts may leak a clear fluid. Around the 4th month the belly begins to swell.

Just a few of the signs; morning sickness, feet swelling, food cravings, stomach swelling and etc. Why wouldn't you go buy a simple test kit and find out if you are and if your are not, then go back to the same store and get a big box of condoms to be sure it won't happen again........ maybe.

When you have a baby 9 months later. Just buy a test and take it, seriously. And for evolutionary purposes, get on the pill or something.

missed period, Geting sick to ya stomach, getting light headed, Swelling in ya boobs, Swelling in ya stomach. Feeling something moving around in you at like 6 months. A bunch of things. But easy just to take a test. Either way if you are then you are,.

go into labor....thats a sure fire way to know that you are pregnant without taking a test

yer belly will get all big, and your boobies will swell, and in 9 months, a baby will squirt out.
