First off, Merry Christmas to all! Now for the question: I'm a straight guy, but if there's one thing I hate about girls, it's their obsession with cell phones! I'm a college student, and on my campus (and probably every college campus in the U.S.) LITERALLY every other girl who passes by is talking on her cell phone! Sometimes every single one! What do they have to talk about that's SO important? There are times when I want to say hi to or talk to a girl but then I can't...she's on her freaking cell phone! But it doesn't stop there. I was also a TA last semester, and I was giving a lecture one time, and some girl's cell phone rang very loudly and I had to start the sentence over again...very annoying! As if that's not enough, there are times when I'm studying somewhere, and all of a sudden, some girl's cell phone rings with an annoying song/tune, and then she starts talking on the cell, obviously. So, I ask, girls, WHAT IS IT WITH YOUR OBSESSION WITH CELL PHONES?!??

We like keeping busy! And we like feeling secure/safe and talking with people we know when we're alone (walking in the street on cell). Also, we are (or at least I am) extremely dependent on my cell phone. I can't survive without it. So yes, I'm obsessed. Dependent. And in love with the darn thing.

You're preaching to the choir brother. Tell it on the mountain. Keep the faith, and fight the good fight.
