My slider is floating at about a 60 degree angle in the water. Has a good appetite, no sign of upper respiratory infection, just the slanted swimming.

Check the setup and make sure everything is the proper temperature. Are their other turtles in the tank? One of mine had a similar problem and after a clean bill of health from the vet he asked if there was a larger turtle in the tank and suggested seperating them. I never saw the bigger one bully the small one but after we seperated them the small one started thriving and acting fine.
I would worry about an infection or other illness (could affect his balance?) If it continues for a few days or he stops eating etc contact a vet who treats exotic animals.

Slanted swimming is usually a sign of either pneumonia or an infection. It might also be a lung problem or injury of some type.

If the water temps are nice and warm, and it has clean water with good UV-B type lighting, and is eating OK/behaving normally I'd probably just monitor it for a bit longer and keep it as stress-free as I could.

If the problem continues or worsens, I'd get it to a good vet.
