What did you do? That would be helpful because then I could give you some more advice... but all I can say is say you're sorry for whatever you did and ask them if there's anything you can do to fix it. So you apologized and you want to do something for them... they should appriciate that!

u should say sorry straight ...dunno what n why u facing any problem in that.....if ur EGO is coming in between,so lemme remind u its not good for u or any other person.it'll destroy u.remember if u'll say sorry u won't get lower down in ur position...infact u might get higher position in the other person's mind.
learn to accept ur faults first ,which willhelp u in every sphere of life
