i dont know why, but its happening again. whenever i type in www.hi5.com., it just comes as 'The Page cannot be Displayed'.
it happened before but i can't remember wat i did to fix it. does anyone know wat to do? i tried the 'diagnose connection problems' tool but connection turned out to be just fine.

Try typing in the http:// before the address.

If you can go to any other page than hi5.com, then either 1. Your parental controls are blocking that website 2. The site is doing maitenence (This is the most likely) and adding new features or getting rid of some bugs. Since you tested your internet and it's fine, it is 98% chance that it is one of these problems stated above. Happy Holidays!

To find any site on the internet, if you are not sure of the complete address, for eg., if it ends with .com or .org, etc.,
you can just type, eg., yahoo, rediff, google, hi5
press ---- "Control and Enter." It will take you to the correct site.

that just means that the page cannot be displayed at the moment, wait, and then open the page, they upgrade the page alot so its not visile...
give it time
