Maybe things that her mother would have given her, you know like protective things, good advise, (you could each write a note and put it in the basket)...she could read them when she is alone, they will remind her she isn't.....
home made cookies, some little stuffed animal to remind her of all of you, pictures of her with you, or just of you guys, it doesn't have to cost alot, jsut reminders that she still has you all and your thoughts are with her.....maybe some inspirational book on how life goes on, tough one, but it sounds like she has some great friends, I think your words will mean the most to her. good luck.

This will sound corny... but..... include certificates redeemable for time spent with yourselves. Right now she really needs to know that her friends are there for her... hand-written certificates (or nicely printed on computer) that let her know she can call you 24/7 for someone to talk to, provide a shoulder to cry on, or even just get out of the house for a while.

man, thats harsh. You are sooooooo doi'n the rite thing. give her a certificate. give her a vacation to get her mind off of her mom. tell her U R there for her.
Say her mom would be proud of her for standing up to a trajic incedent.

Maybe some things that will help sooth...Like bath things maybe some gift certificates to eat out with, she may not feel like cooking....magazines? I hope this helps
