It depends on how do you stand straigth: in most cases, if you are standing with your feet shoulder width apart then they won't touch, but if your feet (especially your ankles) are touching each other then knees will certainly touch.

doesnt it remember on the way you stand?? if u have u ft aside then they cant touch!! if i'm getting up with my legs pushed jointly then confident knees connect jointly and ft and ankles touch.
