I suggest going with Tmobile or Cingular because they both have good plans and Cingular offers rollover minutes if you do not finish all in one month. Also, The two only use GSM phones which is Really good for when you want to choose a different company, you dont have to ditch your phone. GSMs can be unlocked and used for all(GSM) service providers.

& U should prbbly get the most expensive plan since u have 75 people.

I personally hate Sprint because they put so much charges on you such as high Tax, high surcharges, etc and a few more hidden charges you won't know about unless u read the lengthy End User Liscense Agreement.
Verizon is OK but those CDMA phones are a waste of money whenever you decide to choose a different service provider

good luck

sprint! they give away free phones if u will sign a 2 year contract.. and they can help you set up a good plan liek when u go over your minute.. it will be just $5 per 100 minutes in a fair and flexible plan.. u can pay extra $5 a month for the insurance.. and yes they have nextel phones that u can use as a walkie talkie

they offer rebates after u finish your contract shoud u wished to upgrade a phone.... try it!

We use Nextel because of the direct connect features. But, they're expensive. We have a decent plan for our employees, but it's still costing us about a grand a month for 20 phones.

We use that because ours is a search and rescue organization that uses the walkie talkie features a lot.

Go with the one that 1) has best reception in your area
2) offers free talk between users 3) Has the best price. Also try not to get locked in for too long. Good luck!
