My bro is moving therefore i would like to give him a goodbye present. i thought a laptop would be useful. but the prob is tht there is so many choices and i have no idea wat you shud include in a laptop to make it useful. my only condition is: it shud be cheap but shud have a decent quality. it shud be cheap as i was not able to save up much. plz help!

Look for good grand name but cheap lines. Lines that were created for home use ("budget laptops"). Like 3000 of Lenovo for example. When you choose laptop try to save money on extra fetures that you don't need. Extra gadgets(Integrated webcam, finger reader etc.)
