I have put up the wreath, turned on the Christmas tree, hung the garland, got rid of the cobwebs, and turned the chime into a key, but I can't get it to drag to the door.

When you go to the jkrowling site, go to the British version because there's a glitch in the US one. :)

When I first entered I used the accesibility section and I couldn't grab the key. The I used the UK site and it worked.
Also try using a differente web browser, I heard some AOL users couldn't open the door, try Internet Explorer or Mozilla
