Im doing a survey for school and I need to know the times that people go to sleep on average, the amount of time you sleep and your age.

go to sleep about 10.30 and sleep till about 7 so that would be 8.5 hours... im 14

There are probably surveys on this already here - the average number of hours, that is: I know I've answered a topic like this before...
but for me, it's around...um, 11:30 or 12, depending on how much homework I have left; average amount of sleep...probably 6-6:30 hours...and I'm 17.
You might want to ask your friends and family...you'll get a lot of info that way...I know that that's what I did!

I'm 30. I normally go to sleep around 10:30-1100 pm and get up at 7:00 am

On average I go to sleep at 10P and get up at 5A (during the week). On the weekends I go to sleep at 1A and get up around 9A.
So I sleep between 7-8 hours a night.
I am 23 y/o.
