Go Brees.
Brees is an MVP candidate, and far less likely to put up a doughnut. Even in bad games he flings the rock for 300+ and a TD or 2.
Vick gives you the legs, but is far too inconsistent to pin your title hopes on. He can have a 0 TD 3 INT game, just as easy as a 4 TD afternoon.

Vick should be a WR. he's a little like Kordell Stewart was except faster and can throw better. He'll never win a Championship as a QB.

brees is been looking pretty hot lately. (consistent)
vick u can never tell if hes going to have a good game or not. (not consistent)
