No it isn't normal. Are you sure that you put your pants on the right way before going to the dentist? Do you have some one to vouch for that? Did the dentist say anything to you before begining the procedure about your pants being on wrong, did the nursing assistant? When your put under anthisethic your suppose to bring some one with you to carry you home. Where was that person? were they in the room with you or out sitting in the office? Did they notice anything?

I had a dentist that I used to fantasize about
but he never did anything
I used to hope that he would brush against my hand
and one day he did
got a sense of his size
that was all in 5 years

I think this is a windup. The Dentist and nurse would have had to get a dead weight out of the chair. Take the pants of the dead weight and then put them back on again. Then, why go to that much trouble to put them and back the wrong way around.
Your fantasy methinks.

I would say something happened. Unless you put your pants on wrong before you went to the appointment.

if you are a minor, tell your parents and have them contact the police. if you are 18 or older, contact the police yourself. this is not something that should happen to anyone while under anesthesia.
