Three men have committed the same crime at the same time (statistically impossible, I know, but for the sake of argument...). All three have never been in any trouble before. All three are 33 years old, 5'10, between 185 and 195 lbs. All three have committed first degree murder. HERE'S THE CATCH: One is white, one is black, one is Asian. Who will get the toughest sentence?

They will all get the same sentence if the crime is done exactly the same as a juror I would not take their ethnic background into my decision!!
I don't know why you would ask if they would get different sentencing due to fact when a murder is committed and all of them have done it exactly the same then the punishment should be the same for all three.
Usually on murder there is different degrees so it would depend on the degree of the crime to which sentence is enforced.
To me there is no catch at all just a crime and verdict needs to be done.
Then you have to weigh all the evidence for each it go down to man slaughter and the punishment for that is not as harsh and the murder degrees.

To me Race has no play in a crime just the crime itself!!
