hum happy birthday so that when all the preasure is on your head air is comming out of your nose. it took me a while to do a flip turn but once you do one it will never go away...... also if you are practicing in the pool start were the flags are count how many strokes it takes you to det there and then go back to the flags use your strokes subbtract 1-2 depending on how much oxygen you need to make it through the flip turn plus to do at least two strokes. once you have that you will have it . and for hitting the wall make sure your face is straight down look for the T on the bottom of the pool right before the wall that is your signal to take your last breath, stroke, and get read to tuck and flip.you can use little boggie boards to help you come off the wall fast.

Make sure you are blowing air out of your nose so you don't choke on water. Blow out continuosly while flipping in the water. Start your flip turn as soon as your eyes cross the "T" at the bottom of the pool (hopefully your pool has this). When you flip make sure your legs are tucked in tighly, pulled up to your chest. Your head should be tucked down too, try to get your chin as close to your chest also. Kick hard into the wall, so you have enough energy to successfully get off the wall quickly. When you push off the wall, your arms should be in a tight streamline position, squeeze your ears with your upper arms and one hand is over the other. Good luck and have fun swimming!

Hope this helps. Practice makes perfect. Anyhow, when your swimming whatever event that you are swimming back or free, with free your swimming when you see you are approaching the "T" speed up a little and then when your eyes see the "T" one arm is already down at your side and take one long pull to get you close enough to the wall and dont pull a turtle move and breathe right before the turn because you lose all your momentum and thats why you speed up right before the turn to get momentum and after your last stroke throw your legs over your head as fast as possible and keep your hands at your side, then dont get to close to the wall and this takes practice but you dont want your knees bent more then 90 degrees but you want about a 45 degree angle that way once you hit the wall you can push off as hard as possible and blow bubbles out through your nose. Then after you flip get into a nice tight streamline position and hands locked together tightly and then flip back over to your stomach and try not to breathe right after the turn and try to take one or two strokes after before breathing and do that after each turn.
As for back, when your swimming you want to be as long as possible and taller people have an advantage point your toes and kick as hard as possible hard small fast and dont kick from your knees but your swimming and once you see the flags usually in practice count your strokes to see how many you need to take before you flip over onto your stomach, and one you get that number perfected you flip over to your stomach and take ONE freestyle stroke otherwise you will get disqualified in a meet, and do your flip keeping in mind the same things as in a freestyle turn, and when your in your tight streamline you can either do a regular back kick or take a few long butterfly kicks and then start your stroke. Hope this helps and practice practice practice.

blowing bubbles outta your nose is the key!! you MUST blow bubbles when your doing your flip turn or else you will get water up your nose and prob. choke on water. After "matering" blowing bubbles outta your nose you can float on your stomach and when your ready try to do your flip turn. When doing flip turns you wanna squeeze up into a little ball--tucking your legs into your chest and use your arms to get you around. kinda like they're little paddles. when you push off the wall you wanna make sure that both hands are in a streamline (hands together-over your head-covering your ears)--Good luck =)

First of all, make sure you are at least an arm stroke away from the wall.Take a breath before you turn and make sure to blow out bubbles. If you blow out air while you turn how can water get in?Make sure you dont turn at an angle or when you push off you might run into the rope of into another swimmer.Good luck!

If it quite is not for aggressive swimming, it quite is not a super deal in case you place on nostril plugs in any respect. in case you opt to quite enhance your turn turn, paintings on your middle muscle tissues. those are the muscle tissues in touch in turn turning. yet because it relatively is in basic terms a swim type, then nostril plugs are fantastic. respiration by way of your nostril does not take place in many circumstances throughout swimming.
