US 41 to I-24 outside Nashville. Follow the signs to Nashville, Chattanooga, Atlanta. Continue south on I-75 thru Orlando to Florida's Turnpike.

Lots to see and do in Nashville, Chattanooga, Atlanta and Orlando. One week means you'll spend a lot of time driving - it's 993 miles each way.
