MS < SU + UM
MS < 10 cm + 15 cm = 25 cm

In otherwords, the length of the third side of a triangle must be less that the sum of the two other sides.

If you put both of them near each other and make a line it wil be 10+15 = 25 ! so if you choose the other one more than that you can`t have a triangle ( you should fold it and the shape won`t be a triangle :D ) and if you want to make a triangle it should be less than 25 because of the angle !:D ( If you choose 25 it will be like a line on the other one! ) so

MS < 10+15
MS < 25
