Though my attitude to the festive season is hardline bah-humbugist, I always greet people with a cheerful Merry Christmas. I can't be doing with all the Happy Holidays nonsense. I bought some cards in a charity shop reduced from £2.99 to 50p. When I discovered that the message inside made no mention of the Christian nature of the festival, but merely said Season's Greetings, I took them back to the shop for a refund.

Becuase our society makes them feel bad if they don't give during the season. Anyways though, it's worse when they're bah humbug all year round! Not everyone is saved by a cute little girl or four ghosts.

Just a good spirit going through the air that makes you want to give. The rest of the year is boring!

I don't know about you, but I've run into more jackasses during this holiday season than at any other time of the year.
