It means your system has recovered from a serious error. No, really, it does. Your system probably shut down on you and restarted. Software like this could cause the problem, especially viruses.

It means that your operating system detected some sort of problem and automatically repaired what was wrong. Thats the theory any way wether it did or not is anybody's guess. As long as it still works I wouldn't fret over it.

I got that one time when i was playing a game on it with bearly the minimal requirments
