There is now way to make absolutely sure that you have a boy unless you are doing invitro-fertilization and you send the fertilized eggs for DNA testing. There are some things that you can do to increase the odds. If you husband wears really tight underwear, have him wear briefs for a while before you start trying. Have intercourse on the day that you ovulate. Male sperm swim faster because they are smaller and but they die off before the female sperm. If the egg has been released they will get there first. This may help but ultimately you get what you get. Good luck

I have 4 girls and 1 boy who is the last. We never cared what the sex was going to be as long as it was healthy. We hoped we could have 1 boy at least and we got him. The girls adore him. Anyway congrats and best of luck on the boy.

Try not to eat acidic foods, (oranges, lemons, etc)

Try to eat red meat and salty foods

Learn your cycle really well.........have sex on the day you ovulate.

This might help in producing a boy.

I have a girl (18 months) and a boy on the way. We tried for a girl and got one then for a boy and ...well the ultrasounds say boy.

We had sex several days before ovulation for the girl. Sex the day of ovulation for the boy.

It worked for me.

Sorry, there's really no way for that to happen naturally. There are procedures now where you can "pick" the sex of the baby, but they are extremely costly, several thousand dollars, because you have to create embryos and implant the male embryo to ensure a boy.

I have heard that the sex of the baby is determined by the zodiac sign the MOON is in on the day of conception. That if the moon is on a female sign that day, a girl will be conceived. If it's on a male sign, a boy will be conceived. The moon changes signs every two days, approximately, so get an almanac... It is said that as the moon directs a woman's cycle, it also controls a man's sperm production.

My brother swears by this method. He has the children he wanted, in the order he wanted them, so it's worth a try. Google moon signs and it'll direct you to the position of the moon on any given day. You have nothing to loose... Good luck...

Adopt a boy. Seriously, that's the only way to guarantee it. There is no *proven* method to chose the gender of your child, it's always a 50/50 chance.

I know someone dealing with that now. She has 3 daughters and is pregnant with another girl! You just take the child you have and love them as much as you can. Healthy should be your main concern.

Pray. It is out of your control. My grandparents tried 7 times for a boy and guess what they have 7 girls! Good luck!
