Help on Twilight Princess?

When or How do I get my second shield? Because all I have is this wooden shield and if it gets touched by fire it burns, plus then I have to go all the way back to the Hot Spring by the Gorons and spend 50 ruppees to get another wooden shield! So When or How do i get my second shield?

at kakariko village theres a store with a baby face on there.. buy the hylian shield there 4 100 rupees

After a temple a baby opens up a store
You can buy the Hyrule Sheild there..
