Oh, yeah, I don't care what the "research" says! Perhaps they should come to an ER or an ICU and see the craziness that ensues! It is utter bedlam most full moons in these places, I know I've worked in both!

Are you sure your 'teachers' meant to say that the moon affects people the same way it affects the ocean? Or, was it like all living things in a way that, say, 'more vs. less' The Sun rules. Even at night. My little brother had some kind of 'incident' the night before a full moon. From toddler-hood on, fall down the stairs...Or, bangs his head on something. (He met his second wife that way...) By the way kids: Stay In School! It's a very spiritual thing. See: The world before electricity.!!! It's also just a shadow. Almost, lastly...Don't believe everything you read. And don't blame your teachers. Students are the the absolute worst demographic. (IM me if you read!) Aside from being... Isn't it nice? To see something else, when you look up? vitzy_clone@Y

Absolutely not! There's a bunch of research that disconfirms this idea. There is also a good reason that people believe it to be true. It's called "illusory correlation." People don't generally take note of craziness when there's no full moon and they generally don't take note of a full moon when there's no craziness. But they do take note when the two just happen to coincide. This makes it seem like there's a strong relationship between the two when there's not.

I've read a few statistical analyses that suggest so. If a full moon has the gravitational force to affects the tides of the oceans, which it does, why would it not have some physical affect on you?
I suggest it does.

By full moon, I assume your talking about the pants dropping and seeing someone's butt. Yes, It makes some people upset. Some people think it's funny too. Me, I only like when women give me a "full moon" and I get upset when guys do it.

Yes. our bodies are 99% water. it is also what causes the effect on the tide due to gravitational pull. the crime rate goes up during a full moon.
