Narrow edge to Romo.
Dallas is running the ball effectively, and Tuna has been using that to open up the pass. Philly has been dreadful against the run, so they may place more emphasis in slowing up Barber and Jones.
Cutler has improved each week, but weather could be a factor in Denver. He is the first QB since Dan Marino to throw for multiple TDs in each of his first starts. Cincy's defense against the pass is awful.
Still, I think Romo will get more yards and 1 more TD thatn Cutler. Both should have nice days. Let weather decide for you...

Despite starting only eight games, Romo was selected to the NFC Pro Bowl team on Wednesday. Romo is 6-2 as a starter since replacing Drew Bledsoe. Overall he has completed 66.3 percent of his passes for 2,440 yards with 16 touchdowns and 10 interceptions. He has a 98.4 quarterback rating this season.
Cutler posted his first pro win as a starter in the Broncos' 37-20 win over the Cardinals on Sunday. Cutler was 21-for-31 for 261 yards with two touchdowns and an interception. He had a 101.7 passer rating and has the Broncos close to reaching the playoffs with two games remaining. Cutler is 48-for-82 for 592 yards with six touchdowns and three interceptions in his three games as a starter. He has improved each game and is starting to become comfortable running the offense and leading the team. Denver Broncos rookie QB Jay Cutler earned his first NFL win Week 15 against the Arizona Cardinals. Cutler completed 21 of 31 passes for 261 yards with two touchdowns and one interception. He threw a 54-yard touchdown pass to WR Javon Walker on the third play from scrimmage and added a 10-yard touchdown pass to WR Rod Smith in the second half of the game.
Your best bet is Jay Cutler becuase he has been improving greatly. After his great performance last week he'll probably do very good and score many fantasy points.

I think Romo will step up and play Detroit like he played a few weeks ago agnst the Giants
besides Cutler will probably be outscored by his own defense
