Online cashback deals don't deliver to college or University addresses and carphone warehouse asks you for UK address for three years. How can i get a O2 cheap deal. You should go to the source, in order to get the best deals.

I've got a great package from them. 1000 minutes and 500 texts a month, only £20.
If you don't want a new handset, click the tab on the menu bar that says "tariffs only" as opposed to "phones only" or "phones and tariffs".
Alternatively, it might work out cheaper to just get O2 to send you a new phone with your great new tariff, but to put the simcard into your old phone handset. Problem solved.

Get a cheap phone with it and sell the phone on, that will probably pay your bill for a few months as well
