well,you can always buy
how to make an electric guitar book
and learn how to make one
and just buy cheap materials i guess...
but yoou can try ebay and see what retard is
selling it for a dollar or sumtin,or flee markets
or yard sales,but eiather way,your gonna have to
waste money,espacially if you want a good one
i recomend a strat if your a beginner

Hang around people who have it If they discard one, take it home and fix it.
Start with trading what you have. The cheapest electric guitar is about a hundred dollars, It may sound not great and its made in the orient, but hey, it is still an electric guitar.
Ask santa for one.
